Who we are
iDesignCo is a consultancy that diagnoses operational bottlenecks for small businesses and designs, builds, and supports custom solutions — automation, dashboards, customer and lead systems, technology advice, and related consultation. - Business Audit form — your name, email, business name, type of business, the challenge you describe, and the tools you currently use.
- Contact form — your name, email, and the message you send us.
- Newsletter signup — your email address.
- Consultation bookings — scheduling and, where a session is paid, billing details handled by our booking and payment providers (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we may collect limited technical and usage data — such as pages viewed and general device or browser information — through privacy-friendly analytics. We aim to avoid intrusive tracking and do not build advertising profiles.
Information we handle during engagements
